Hanieh Hoshiari's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark and copyright prosecution. She counsels clients in a variety of industries with respect to intellectual property matters. Ms. Hoshiari has significant experience in breach of contract and copyright terminations.
She is admitted to the Bar of the states of New York and New Jersey. She is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
She received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she served as a member of the Moot Court Board. While on the Board, she participated in the Interscholastic Nassau Academy of Law Moot Court Competition where her team was awarded first place. Ms. Hoshiari has also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, earning a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. She is fluent in Farsi.
